Not to be confused with lemon-sass, the crass plant is is a refreshing herb with a dirty mouth. Those who wish to harvest lemon crass should be prepared for an onslaught of verbal abuse. Although, once the crass has been hung and dried, it becomes silent. The alternative is lemon sass, which while fresh is wordless. But once the laves are ingested the consumer will suffer from temporary sass-mouth. The choice is yours!
